 Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta is a charitable organization that helps families fighting childhood cancer in Alberta. The programs are designed to meet the needs of the whole family at each stage of the cancer journey, from diagnosis through treatment and beyond.

 Wood’s Homes is a multi-service, non-profit children’s mental health centre based in Calgary who provide programs and services for at-risk children, youth and their families.

Opportunity International founded in 1971 provides access to savings, small business loans, insurance and training to over five million people working their way out of poverty in the developing world. Clients in more than 20 countries use these financial services to start or expand a business, provide for their families, create jobs for their neighbors and build a safety net for the future.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Calgary and Area founded in 1994 with the merger of Uncles at Large, Aunts at Large and Big Sisters of Calgary, we currently serve more than 2300 young people and volunteers in Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, High River and Okotoks.

Meals on Wheels is a not-for-profit organization established on November 15, 1965 in response to an official request by the City of Calgary to assist the elderly living alone and those being discharged from hospital with no help available during their recovery.

Between Friends was originally established in 1970, as the Pink Pelican Club, by a group of parents seeking social, recreational, and community based activities for their teenagers with disabilities. The Pink Pelican Club rapidly expanded as programs provided a bridge for community participation.In 1982, the organization obtained registered charitable status and a new name.Between Friends provides quality social, recreation and self-development opportunities for people with disabilities to connect, grow and belong.

Foothills Stingrays Swim Club develop swimmers and families to create a culture of sustainable provincial, national, and international swimming excellence. Fundraising supports non-core programming and activities.

Calgary Homeless Foundation In 2008, Canada’s first Plan to End Homelessness was launched with community committing to develop the resources and infrastructure necessary to end homelessness. CHF provides necessary backbone supports and acts as the catalyst and enabler for Service Agencies and Systems to work collaboratively towards optimizing client success.

March of Dimes Canada (MODC) is a charitable organization that draws on a rich history and over 60 years of experience improving the lives of people with physical disabilities. MODC provides a wide range of important programs and services, from physical rehabilitation to peer support networks, from recreation activities to advocacy, to enhance the independence, personal empowerment and community participation of people with disabilities.

Calgary Health Trust is a Calgary-based charity focused on fundraising that will transform health care in Alberta. The incredible generosity of our donors has helped to raise more than $427 million for health care since 1996. Funds raised benefit Foothills Medical Centre, Peter Lougheed Centre, Rockyview General Hospital, South Health Campus, many community health programs and 12 Carewest care centres in our community.
